  • Compensation: $49.00 - $59.00 per hour
What you’ll do as an Infotainment Validation Engineer:
  • Lead validation efforts for both hardware and software through simulation, bench, and vehicle testing
  • Coordinate test execution with component systems leaders and program managers
  • Manage multiple component-level validations simultaneously
  • Create and maintain test bench setups and simulation scripts
  • Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align validation efforts and release schedules
  • Analyze and review hardware/software requirements and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure validation activities follow applicable processes and standards
  • Operate effectively in both office and lab/shop environments; travel as needed
What you’ll bring to the Infotainment Validation Engineer role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
    Computer Engineering with relevant experience will be considered
  • 3+ years of experience in electronic design, verification, or validation, especially in vehicle systems
  • Hands‑on experience with CAN, Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, VHF, and Cellular technologies
  • Strong knowledge of UDS and J1939 protocols
  • Familiarity with DFMEA, SFMEA, and Functional Safety principles
  • Agile development experience in automotive or related industries
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with requirements and test case management tools (e.g., DOORS, Test Rail, Code Beamer)
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with global teams and in project management settings
