Equipment Operator II is responsible for operating heavy specialized maintenance equipment in order to complete a variety of maintenance and repair activities. Responsibilities may include ordering materials; installing and removing bituminous roadway materials and concrete roadways, culverts, curbs and valley gutters; and training lower level staff on the use of equipment. Incumbents may act as a lead worker for lower level staff.
Receives general supervision from higher level supervisory and management staff in assigned division.
Starting salary $25.14 - $27.90/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of five years' experience performing maintenance work involving the operation of light and medium size equipment.
Special Requirements
Valid, unencumbered Wyoming Drivers' License. Possession of a valid Wyoming Class A CDL Drivers' License.
