Position:  Payments Associate – Deposit
• Responsible for accurately and timely processing of deposit transactions
• Responsible for checking the bank and the back-end for all deposit claims of the player
• Responsible for escalating to Level 2 any IT issues or PC issues found during shift
• Inform his/her Senior/Shift Leader for any transactions that needs further verification
• Inform seniors/shift leader for any irregularities found on the transactions handled
• Responsible for balancing the Bank balances of his/her assigned banks
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the management
Position Requirements
• At least college graduate (fresh graduates are very welcome)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• With positive disposition towards work and proactive
• Punctual and willing to work on holidays, rest days and can render OT if needed
• Hardworking, reliable and trustworthy
• Keen to details
• Organized, versatile and a team player
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Good
