Job Description

- Responsible for basic day-to-day Operations of Content Admin Officers (attendance, meetings, task distribution, etc)
- Ensure adherence of Content Admin Officers to agreed authoring and translation standards & general best practices
- Assist Content Admin Officers in prioritizing their work as well as validating requests from other departments
- Create & administrate the full scope of information format standards considering KB Manager & Marketing department guidelines
- Track effective use of content by staff by analysing Knowledge tool reports
- Monitor accuracy & relevance of content
- Oversee consistency and information integrity across all language divisions. Identify knowledge gaps that need to be filled
- Build working relationships with end-users & supervisors of various support units
- Assist in the creation of facilitation material and strategy to educate staff on use of Knowledge tools and their future development
- Assist KB manager with definition of requirements for upcoming Knowledge Management systems (e.g. self-service tools)
- Miscellaneous tasks assigned by KB Manager
Position Requirements
Bachelor, 1 to 2 Years work experience
Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 or more years of experience in a function involving content management or project management
- Excellent people skills. Ability to lead & inspire people required
- Experience with people responsibilities preferred
- Ability in languages other than English an advantage
- Strong technical, analytical & organizational skills required
- Very good proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Excellent Communication skills – Spoken and Written
- Excellent knowledge of company products & operations
- Superior customer service attitude and ability to contribute on a team to achieve collective goals
- Ability to work with a highly interactive, fast-paced team as well as the ability to work independently
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Very good
