Residential Property Management Company has an opening for a front desk Receptionist

We are seeking a mature individual with a strong customer service background. a front desk appearance, pleasant phone manners and an upbeat personality who is willing and able to make a long term commitment as part of our team. You must be punctual, reliable, trustworthy, professional and a team player. Verifiable business references required.

Bilingual English/Spanish a must for this position.

Some of the duties include but are not limited to:

Greeting Visitors

Answering Multi-Line Phone and routing calls

Data Entry

Managing incoming and outgoing faxes

Filing

Billing

Scanning

Assisting other staff members with special projects when necessary
