Customer Service Admin - Planning (Temp to Perm)

Full-time 40 hours per week between 7am - 7pm

We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Admin in the planning dept. This to join a well-established company based in Leeds (LS10). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone with administrative and customer service skills who is looking to secure a long-term role with a reputable organisation.

• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
• Scheduling and coordinating planning activities efficiently
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Delivering a professional and efficient customer experience at all times

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous administration and/or planning experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and confident IT skills
• Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and happy to work fully on-site

• Competitive hourly rate of 12.71
• Immediate start available
