I am currently looking to speak with organised, motivated and professional individuals interested in office-based opportunities across administration, coordination and business support.
This opportunity could suit a graduate looking to build a long-term career within a professional business environment, alongside individuals with previous administration, customer service or office-based experience.
Previous office experience can be beneficial, however candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills, strong communication skills and a positive work ethic will also be considered.
Typical responsibilities may include:- General office administration
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Handling emails and telephone enquiries
- Preparing documents and reports
- Supporting internal teams with day-to-day tasks
- Coordinating information across departments
- Managing paperwork and data entry
- Assisting with general business support duties
- A degree or strong academic background would be beneficial
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and systems
A proactive and reliable approach
Good time management
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
