GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school environment. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to providing a high-quality early years education and fostering a love for learning in young children during their formative years.

Key Responsibilities of Early Years Teacher:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that supports children’s development.
• Encourage social, emotional, and educational growth through creative and structured activities.
• Monitor and track pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents and carers.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school activities and events.

Requirements for Early Years Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working within an Early Years or EYFS setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young learners.
