Configuration Engineer Apprentice

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and remotely install software and hardware for Klipboard ERP products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to the configuration and installation of those products.
• Maintain departmental documentation as required.
• Participate in any training deemed necessary for the post.

• Interest or experience in computer engineering.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast‑changing priorities and workloads and remain calm under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills as will be working closely with other colleagues in a team.
