Maintenance Engineer ( Mechanical or Electrical)

Electrical - 4 on 4 off, no weekends

Mechanical - Mornings (06:00-13:00), Afternoons (13:00-20:00) and Nights (20:00-06:00), 1 week rotations.

Stafforce Recruitment are partnering with a well‑established heavy manufacturing business in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineers to join their team

• Overhaul and maintain mechanical / electrical equipment
• Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
• Assist in production changeovers and report shift activities
• Electrical installation work to 18th Edition (BS7671)
• Ensure compliance with H&S, PTW systems and HV safety rules
• Support continuous improvement and planned maintenance
• Accurate fault reporting and SAP updates

• Time‑served E Maintenance Engineer
• HNC or equivalent experience in heavy manufacturing / industrial environments
• Comfortable working days and nights
• Safety-focused with good communication skills
