shoezone is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Rotherham
. This is a part‑time (4 hours), permanent position with a competitive salary of £2,090.00 to £2,656.39 per annum, depending on age. The role requires full flexibility during the week, with the core rota subject to change based on business needs.
We provide training and development to equip our Sales Assistant with the knowledge, confidence and skills needed to deliver excellent customer service. The right candidate will have enthusiasm for helping people and a motivation to learn.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Working in a busy, fast‑paced store environment
- Performing key‑holding duties as required
- Hands‑on and able to hit the ground running
- All‑around team player with a can‑do attitude
- Flexible availability; support the store schedule (details discussed at interview)
- Holidays starting at 28 days (increase to 33 days after 5 years of service)
