Direct Mail Sales Executive - Yorkshire

Our Yorkshire based client, which prides itself in having experience and expertise in the Direct Mail sector, is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in this particular market.

• Produce a Territory Plan at the start of each financial year
• Ensure written proposals and quotations are clear and describe the current situation, the desired situation and your recommendation
• Ensure clear and concise communication with other departments
• Attendance at Direct Sales Team meetings
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• CRM database reporting & updating ensuring accuracy of information, accessing orders within department time scales and ensuring all paperwork is submitted correctly
• Professionally manage customer relationships in order to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Manage department administration & workload against department timescales

Must be resident in the UK.

Experience in the Direct Mail sector with a proven track record as a Sales Executive.

Previous work in the print, packaging or paper sectors is required.
