- Install, assemble, and commission commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems (e.g., cold rooms, chillers, freezer systems, HVAC units).
- Carry out pipework installation, pressure testing, and leak detection.
- Install refrigerant and glycol lines, electrical connections, and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with F‑Gas, health and safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct system start‑ups, performance checks, and commissioning tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation‑related technical issues.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any modifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers or apprentices.
- Adhere to company quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
