Systems Analyst l

CCS, a leading technology consulting firm with over 45 years of experience, is partnering with eKeeper to hire a Systems Analyst. The role is part of a high‑performing technology team that delivers high‑availability and reliability solutions to clients across the northeast.

• 2+ years of hands‑on IT experience (preferred)
• Experience supporting Windows Desktop (applications, peripherals, and hardware)
• Experience supporting Windows Server and related applications
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and network connectivity
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Willingness to pursue certifications to meet vendor requirements and maintain current technology knowledge
• Ability to travel within a 60‑mile radius of Yorktown, IN
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Adaptability in managing shifting priorities and complex technical issues
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Ability to manage projects to completion with minimal downtime
• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and attention to detail

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop systems, applications, and hardware
• Install and support 3rd‑party desktop/server applications and miscellaneous hardware
• Manage and maintain Windows Server operating systems
• Support Microsoft tools including MDT, ADK, InTune, WICD, and Auto Pilot
• Configure and support network/desktop printers and office desk phones
• Support email configuration on mobile devices
• Provide timely support to hundreds of end users across multiple companies
• Create and evolve documentation for systems, networks, processes, and projects
• Contribute ideas to enhance technical processes and approaches
• Provide onsite support as needed
• Participate in on‑call rotation
• Additional duties as assigned
