• Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing (state-specific)
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus—but not required
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
• Someone who brings enthusiasm and compassion to every shift
