Briarfield Health Care Centers is seeking LPNs to join our teams across Mahoning & Columbiana Counties. We offer 9 locations with various skills and shifts (4, 8 or 12 hours).

• Provide nursing services to residents, promoting the highest level of well-being.
• Direct day-to-day functions of RAs according to rules, regulations and guidelines that govern long-term care.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Focus on providing high-quality service.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and prospective residents information.
• Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent literacy and writing, documentation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Make prompt and accurate judgments with regard to elder care and emergencies.
• Work and communicate effectively with minimum supervision in a team environment.

• LPN must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• Active Ohio LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in elderly care.

• Physical assessment.
• Background check.
• Tuberculosis (TB) test.
