About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers and actively selling products while delivering support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide information that enhances the customer experience. You will also handle garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers in store and via OMNI experience.
- Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service.
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products.
- Effectively promote and sell products.
- Promote the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and influencers.
- Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
- Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements.
- Give and receive feedback to learn and support each other.
- Participate in onboarding, introduction processes and training relevant to the role.
- Complete garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas per best practice and processes.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.
- Support garment presentation and maintain attractive displays per visual guidelines.
- Maintain good stock levels on the sales floor.
- Follow best practices for in-store OMNI services and tech tools.
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Adhere to H&S guidelines and legal requirements.
- Passionate about fashion and in-store creation.
- Motivated by giving customers a great experience.
- Communicative, creative, curious, versatile, decisive and action-oriented.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
- Experience with customer service in fashion, retail or related services.
