Job Summary

CDL-A truck drivers are needed for a dedicated home‑weekly account from North Canton, OH to Maryland and Virginia. The position is a company driver role requiring consistent freight assignments.

Average weekly pay $1,631 based on 2,700 miles. Top drivers can earn up to $1,960 weekly. Performance pay adds $0.04 – $0.10 per mile.

Weekly mileage ranges from 2,200 to 3,200 miles.

Operate a tractor‑trailer safely and reliably under company schedules. Maintain a clean driving record, comply with all company and federal regulations, and perform a urine drug test. No touch freight is allowed.

• Minimum 6 months verifiable CDL‑A tractor‑trailer experience.
• 3 months current verifiable OTR experience in the last year OR 6 months verifiable local experience OR a combination of OTR/regional/local experience in the past year.
• No more than 2 MV’s in the last 2 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months.
• No more than 1 on‑road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years while holding a CDL‑A or Commercial Learner’s Permit; no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years prior to obtaining a CDL‑A.
• No SAP drivers.
• Must be a clean driver.
• Urine-only drug test required.
• May not be guaranteed home weekends.
• Consistent freight on this dedicated account.
