12. Ability to meet DCFS requirements as they relate to employment in Child Welfare Agency and Family Advocacy Center, including a criminal background check

14. Sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of clients, community, and staff.
15. Ability to work in an alcohol, tobacco, and drug-free environment.
16. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
