Overview

Triad Complete Healthcare offers a unique opportunity for experienced practitioners to establish and own a primary care clinic. The program covers clinic setup, financing, and provides comprehensive support for the first 12 months. After 12 months, ownership and accounts receivable are transferred to the practitioner. By approximately 36 months, the practitioner fully owns the clinic with no debt or collateral required.

Complete Practice Launchpad Timeline

  • Step 1: Triad handles clinic setup: staffing, credentialing, furnishing, and funding.
  • Step 2: For the first 12 months, Triad employs and manages all practice operations, including team, billing & coding, supervising physician, malpractice insurance, EMR, payroll, advertising, financials, and overall business operations.
  • Step 3: After 12 months, ownership of the practice and accounts receivable is transferred to the practitioner, who begins to reap the rewards of profits.
  • Step 4: Approximately 36 months from start, the practitioner fully owns the clinic free of debt and without upfront investment.

Key Philosophies

  • Autonomy: Empowering the practitioner to run the practice as envisioned.
  • Burnout Prevention: Ensuring a work-life balance with limits on patient volume (20-22 patients per day).
  • Support: Comprehensive administrative and operational support from Triad.

Summary

This program is designed to transition practice ownership to practitioners and provide ongoing support and resources throughout the process. Practitioners can focus on high-quality patient care while Triad handles the business side.
