Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr Manager, IMSC Information Architecture located in Titusville, NJ;
Raritan, NJ;
Zug, CH;

Key Responsibilities- Design and implement end-to-end FAIR data products for 1-2 domains across master and transactional data to generate data products for analytics.
- Create, adopt, and evolve IMSC conceptual and logical business information policies to guide data product design and modeling.
- Work in close collaboration with domain data owners to shape the data domain roadmap and ensure budget and resources are allocated.
- Define metadata and data quality framework with data owners to ensure high levels of FAIR data products throughout their lifecycle.
- Support IMSC data governance to implement governance capabilities across data domains.
- Continuously implement automation and simplification through advanced capabilities such as AI agents in the processes of data design, asset building, and quality controls.
- Collaborate with J&J technology partners to evolve an end-to-end data stack that supports future AI applications.
- Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Computer Science or with a focus on data management, data science, analytics, AI or machine learning, or equivalent.

Experience and Skills:- In-depth experience of data modeling and design techniques (medallion architecture, Data Vault, Data Marts, OBT, etc.).
- In-depth experience of state‑of‑the‑art data technologies (workflow capabilities for master data, data catalogues, lakehouse, ontology management).
- 5+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical global supply chain.
- Experience in multi‑year strategy or technology deployment with focus on information, data management or data capabilities.
- Proven track record of building partnership to inspire change and deliver results across complex ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical topics for broad audiences across levels.
- Energetic, passionate, accountable, keen on continuous learning.
- Preferred:
- Good knowledge of industry standards related to data management (FAIR, IDMP, ISO, etc.).
- Good knowledge of compliance standards.
- Experience working in healthcare.
- Advanced analytics, dashboards, business behavior, database management, data governance, data privacy standards, data security, data stewardship, emerging technologies, information security risk management, organizing, performance measurement, SOP, strategic thinking, technical credibility.
- Travel: Up to 10% international travel required.
