Production & Supply Planner - Asset Economist

Our client is an European Energy Producer and Supplier. To complete the supply chain team, we are looking for a well versed

Production & Supply Planner to manage and optimize refinery production and feedstock supply. In this role, you will ensure the effective execution of production plans, balance supply and operational constraints, and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders across the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities
  • Plan and optimize refinery production and feedstock supply on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Ensure execution of the production plan in line with operational and supply constraints
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Supply, Trading, Marketing and Logistics teams
  • Monitor refinery performance, inventories and material balances
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose planning and scheduling solutions
  • Support import/export and feedstock allocation decisions
  • Prepare production scenarios and planning analyses using LP models
  • Prepare and lead regular production and supply planning meetings
  • Develop and maintain planning and reporting tools in Excel and PowerBI
Your Profile
  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, refining or operations
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling and supply chain coordination
  • Experience with LP-based planning or optimization models
  • Highly analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment
  • Advanced Excel skills;
    Power

    BI experience required
  • Fluent in English;
    French is an advantage
