• Advanced degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in aircraft mechanical systems engineering
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with other teams
• Professional proficiency in English (C1)
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work permit required)
