Lead Simulation Software Engineer - Robotics / Physics Simulations / Isaac Sim / Gazebo

We’re working with a rapidly scaling, well-funded company, who are at the forefront of turning normal machines into robots.

For this role, you will be a hands on Lead Simulation SW Engineer, focusing on developing end‑to‑end scalable simulation solutions and setting the direction across the team. You will be designing robust simulation systems and providing clear communication to deliver technical alignments across teams. By the end of the year, it’s likely you will be leading a few team members.

This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site in Zurich, Switzerland; however, some hybrid each week can be allowed.

Salaries will consist of a strong base salary + equity + relocation assistance will be provided.

• About 5‑10+ years of industry experience in software engineering, with experience in delivering physics simulations
• Experience from Robotics would be ideal but also open to experience from other sectors such as automotive, aerospace, etc.
• Must be a strong Engineer with Python and some C++ would be ideal
• Experience with simulation platforms such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, game engine‑based simulations or in‑house simulation platforms
