Laceless Design in Zurich is seeking a Footwear Tooling Engineer to lead the bottom unit development for high-performance footwear. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in footwear engineering, focusing on tooling development, and strong technical knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
You will work closely with both local teams and Asian counterparts to create quality products from concept to production, ensuring alignment with design specifications and manufacturing capabilities.
This role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel to Asia at least twice a year.
