At risktec, design operates at the intersection of re/insurance, AI, data and cloud technology. As a UX Designer, you will create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that help our clients work more efficiently: from powerful web applications to data‑driven dashboards and cloud‑based workflows. You will shape clear and consistent user experiences by transforming complex requirements into simple, effective designs.

This role welcomes candidates in the early stages of their UX career who want to develop their skills in a specialised, data‑rich environment.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI screens in Figma.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Produce UI assets, components and specifications for engineering teams.
• Support UX concept work through user flows, interaction patterns, research and collaborative ideation sessions.
• Support the design of data‑driven tools and the occasional social media/marketing content.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and re/insurance experts.
• Communicate your designs to stakeholders and implement feedback.

You don’t need deep re/insurance knowledge, what matters most is your ability to learn fast, work collaboratively and take ownership of your design work.

• 2 years UX/UI design (work experience, freelance projects, relevant studies).
• Strong skills in Figma.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Good understanding of visual design principles: layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography.
• Interest in working with data‑rich, logic‑heavy applications.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
• Fluent in English, German or other languages are a plus.
