As part of the documentation team, you will help to maintain our online Knowledge Base, edit training materials for the Vertec courses and write release notes for our software updates. You will also work on testing and description of additional features that can be applied as standardized features into existing Vertec environments at the push of a button. Bring your technical understanding and take our documentation to the next level together with the team!

You understand how to present technical content in a comprehensible and user-friendly manner.

You have an eye for detail and a high quality standard for your texts.

You will understand what new features or changes to our product mean for our customers and what effects they have.

Understanding the demands and daily work of our customers is an easy exercise for you.

You are software-savvy, have no fear of contact and have a very good technical understanding, so that you can understand our ERP- & CRM software best.

At best, you already have experience in documentation of complex software.

You enjoy writing texts and are adept at formulating technical instructions.

You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office palette.

You have a sense and perseverance for precision and standardization processes.

You value an independent way of working and take matters into your own hands.
