- Accounting Technician Program:
The Accounting Technician program offers a combination of general office administration skills, accounting skills and technology with which to help prepare you for opportunities in administrative or financial positions.
- Legal Administrative Assistant Diploma Program:
Legal Administrative Assistants are indispensable members of a law office team. This intensive program combines a foundation of general office administration with a broad overview of the day-to-day practices of a law office.
You will learn about the Canadian court system, legal rights, practices and procedures. Additionally you will study criminal law, civil litigation, real estate and conveyancing, wills, estates, and more.
Employment in a variety of legal settings includes small law offices, law firms and legal departments of large corporations. Graduates are eligible to ladder into the Paralegal Diploma Program.
- Paralegal Diploma Program:
Careers in the legal profession are high-status and rewarding. This program is suitable for those without secretarial training who are looking for an exciting career in the legal field. Paralegals, also known as Legal Assistants, are well-paid and highly sought after.
This program is intensive and it covers both the office administration skills and the knowledge base required to work in the legal profession.
This program provides students with advanced keyboarding, transcription and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook) and trains students in the vital areas of business communication, customer service and employment.
- Medical Office Assistant Program:
You will learn basic medical terminology and pharmacology, and be trained to prepare and administer basic medical office tests. Students will learn to assess and prioritize patient appointment requests. In addition, you will learn general office procedures and administration including the use of medical billing software package.
This program maintains the highest possible level of standards and it keeps current with the industry and employers requirements.
Upon graduation, you are prepared to begin a career as an Admitting Clerk, Medical Secretary, Medical Transcriptionist, Medical Receptionist, Medical Billing Clerk or Medical Office Assistant.
- Accounting & Payroll Administrator Program:
This Accounting and Payroll diploma program goes much further than introductory training, and prepares you to enter the job market with a competitive advantage.
Students become well-versed in the business accounting cycle. Key elements of the curriculum focus on accounting and payroll fundamentals.
Specialized courses review specifics, such as payroll compliance legislation like the Canada Pension Plan, the Employment Insurance Act, and the Income Tax Act.
- Office Administration Program:
