Business Diploma / Certification Programs:
- Accounting & Payroll Administrator Program:
The Accounting and Payroll Administrator Program combines office administration and computer training with practical foundation in payroll, accounting methods and specialized software such as Simply Accounting and Quick Books. A five week practicum gives you the opportunity to put your skills to use. Upon successful completion of this program, you can apply for CPA Compliance Practitioner Program.
- Medical Office Assistant Program:
You will learn basic medical terminology and pharmacology, and be trained to prepare and administer basic medical office tests. Students will learn to assess and prioritize patient appointment requests. In addition, you will learn general office procedures and administration including the use of medical billing software package. This program maintains the highest possible level of standards and it keeps current with the industry and employers requirements. Upon graduation, you are prepared to begin a career as an Admitting Clerk, Medical Secretary, Medical Transcriptionist, Medical Receptionist, Medical Billing Clerk or Medical Office Assistant.
- Office Administration Program:
With increasingly powerful desktop computers and office software, businesses are relying more and more on a few key people to perform the multitude of administrative duties that used to require large offices of clerical staff. These key administrators are highly organized and well trained in leading edge office automation technology. The aim of the Office Administration Diploma Program is to provide you with a combination of office administration skills and technology that will prepare you for entry-level positions such as Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Accounting/Bookkeeping Assistant, Inventory Controller, and Customer Service Representative.
- Paralegal Program:
Careers in the legal profession are high-status and rewarding. This program is suitable for those without secretarial training who are looking for an exciting career in the legal field. Paralegals, also known as Legal Assistants, are well-paid and highly sought after. This program is intensive and it covers both the office administration skills and the knowledge base required to work in the legal profession. This program provides students with advanced keyboarding, transcription and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook) and trains students in the vital areas of business communication, customer service and employment.
Legal subject areas include understanding the Canadian legal system, the court structure, legal rights, procedures and practices in a modern legal office, wills and estates, real estate and conveyancing, corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, family law, criminal law and evidence, business law, torts, contracts, insurance law, cash and collection procedures, legal research and interviewing and intellectual property law.
This program prepares graduates to work in small or large law firms, in legal departments of law corporations or with government agencies. Other employment opportunities include real estate, trust companies and financial institutions. As a Paralegal, the graduate is an indispensable member of the law office team and this program provides all the training necessary to be successful in this role.
- Legal Administrative Assistant Program:
Legal Administrative Assistants are indispensable members of a law office team. This intensive program combines a foundation of general office administration with a broad overview of the day-to-day practices of a law office. You will learn about the Canadian court system, legal rights, practices and procedures. Additionally you will study criminal law, civil litigation, real estate and conveyancing, wills, estates, and more. Employment in a variety of legal settings includes small law offices, law firms and legal departments of large corporations. Graduates are eligible to ladder into the Paralegal Diploma Program.

The Oil and Gas Administration diploma program gives you the competitive advantage to succeed in one of Alberta’s booming industries. You will develop strong business administration, communication and computer skills. You will also gain an in-depth understanding of the industry’s unique terminology and day-to-day practices through a combination of instructor-led classes and an on-the-job practicum.

Learn about the social media practices that have quickly emerged from the exponential growth of social media networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. Before graduation, the Online Marketing & Social Media diploma program includes essential real world training with a valuable work experience placement in the field.
- Hospitality Management Diploma Program:
Tourism / Hospitality remains one of the fastest growing sectors of the Canadian and world economy. The tourism and hospitality industry is expected to accelerate as world demand for travel, accomodation and international cuisine increases. Major areas of emplyment in the industry include Adventure Tourism and Recreation, Tourism Services, Food & Beverage Services, Accomodations, Events & Conferences, and Transporation Attractions.
Dual-qualification in Hospitality: Successful graduates will recieve an American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) diploma and a Reeves College diploma. The aim of this program is to provide students with a combination of communication, customer service and safe work practices that will enable them to active and contributing members of a tourism hospitality team. The program is 43 weeks (including practicum / internship).
