Embassy’s mission is to safeguard and advance Malaysia’s national interests in all fields in Hungary and other concurrently accredited countries, the Republic of Macedonia and the Republic of Slovenia through proactive diplomacy.

The Embassy provides these consular services:

• Registration of Malaysians abroad;
• Birth/marriage certificate registration;
• Registration of death;
• Travel advice;
• Passport renewal;
• Issuance of visas;
• Notary services.

Any Loss of passport must be reported to the Embassy immediately.

Hungarian citizens do not need a visa to visit Malaysia for stays of up to 3 months.

As the Embassy is observing Saturdays and Sundays as weekend holidays, celebrations that fall on a Sunday will be replaced and observed on the following Monday, with the exception of the National Day of Hungary.
