Refund Policy for Education Providers, Student Recruiting Organizations, and Travel / Visa-related Services

Please note: If your school or company has a Free account, and you do not make any purchase on Learn4Good.com for any additional services offered by Learn4Good.com, then this policy does not apply to your school or company. This policy applies only to any school or company that pays for additional advertising services and featured listings.

Refund Policy:
Learn4Good Ltd, (referred to here as "Learn4Good.com" and "Learn4Good" ), must receive all requests for refunds, replacements and adjustments via our website contact form (found at the bottom corner of every page), within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Receipt of any such request must first be acknowledged and confirmed by Learn4Good.com (via email). Learn4Good will then review the request and its legitimacy, and consider its validity before a refund can be applied. Consideration will be given to factors that include, but are not limited to, the amount of ad campaign creation work done by Learn4Good, and the amount of the provided service already used by the purchaser. If a partial refund is applicable, a non-refundable retainer must first be calculated and applied at the sole discretion of Learn4Good. The non-refundable retainer will relate to the amount of ad campaign creation work done by Learn4Good, and the amount of the provided service already used by the purchaser.

Please note:
- Alternatively, instead of requesting a refund, a customer may seek an extension of the paid-for-service over an extended period beyond the initial campaign end date, if the customer feels that the minimum service level was not provided by Learn4Good. In such a case, Learn4Good must agree with this opinion, before such an extension of the paid-for-service can occur.

- Alternatively, customers may discuss other options, replacements or adjustments with Learn4Good, that would provide excellent value for the purchase made, if the customer feels that the original minimum service level was not provided by Learn4Good.

- Refunds, replacements and adjustments received within 30 calendar days of the purchase date will also be considered if due to some rare technical problem on Learn4Good servers, resulting in the customer not being able to view or access the Learn4Good School Listing System. Learn4Good must receive notification of the problem via our website contact form (found at the bottom corner of every page) within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, and be given the opportunity to fix the problem before a refund, replacement or adjustment will be considered.

- Requests for refunds, replacements or adjustments received via our website contact form (found at the bottom corner of every page) from 31 to 60 calendar days of the date of purchase may be considered at the sole discretion of Learn4Good. Receipt of any such request must first be acknowledged and confirmed by Learn4Good.com (via email). Learn4Good will then review the request and its validity. Consideration will be given to factors that include, but are not limited to, the amount of ad campaign creation work done by Learn4Good, and the amount of the provided service already used by the purchaser. If a partial refund is applicable, a non-refundable retainer must first be calculated and applied at the sole discretion of Learn4Good. - In the event that the Learn4Good removes a Listing or an Educational Institution or a Student Recruiting Organization from the Learn4Good School Listing System, which it believes to be fraudulent, deceptive or libelous (but is not limited to this list), Learn4Good reserves the right to refuse a refund.

In order to better understand how to properly use the customer account on the School Listing System, and to minimize customer error, Learn4Good highly recommends that before a purchase, the customer:
- views the school listings available live online, in the public domain for students to see,
- again reads carefully all emails sent to the customer by Learn4Good staff members,
- again reads the guidelines and recommendations provided on the Learn4Good School Listing System frontend, and the Help files provided in it,
- thoroughly understands and appreciates how the Learn4Good School Listing System works,
- reads the Learn4Good Website Policy page.
