Customer Service Certificate Programs - Admission Requirements:
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Academic qualification required: Secondary education with good command of English
- Proficiency level: English at Secondary Level
- Mode of delivery: Classroom-based teaching
- Qualification on completion of course: Certificate
- Awarding body: LCCI International Qualifications

LCCI Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service:
Duration: 3 months
This course enables candidates to develop knowledge of the elements of good customer service and the ability to apply these elements to realistic situations.

We also teach an understanding of personal behaviours that enhance service delivery and competence in applying these behaviours to given circumstances.

LCCI Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service:
Duration: 4 months
Level 3 requires an understanding of the complexities involved in delivering customer service in a variety of organisational structures.

Successful candidates should have the skills necessary to implement and evaluate changes to systems, procedures, and/or behaviours.
