Blended Learning Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) Program
Duration: 4 years. Awarded by the University of Northampton.

Specifically designed for experienced leaders in the public, private, and third sectors, this comprehensive program equips professionals with greater preparedness for senior management and/or consultancy roles.

We use facilitative technologies to allow you to engage with the course team, your fellow students and the course materials.

There are five modules (all compulsory) which are 'facilitated', and one of these is the independent research thesis.

You will spend the first two years developing your skills and knowledge and skills in research methods, reflective practice, and research leadership and governance.

On successful completion of the facilitated modules, you progress to the research thesis, which typically takes a further two years to complete.
