Culinary Arts - Italian Home Cooking Study for 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 12 weeks
In our summer culinary arts couses, you can learn all about Italian cooking and Tuscan wine. You will learn at least 65 recipes a month.
At the instructor's strong request, we limit the class a maximum of 3-8 students, therefore, you can experience almost one-to-one lessons in a family atmosphere. There are also optional visits to the local food market and winery.
Italy has many different types of regional cooking, and Tuscany in particular is a treasure trove of food material.
It is known as a "gastronomic" region because the local cooking style is an amalgam of both aristocratic and simple peasant cooking. However, the essence of Italian cooking is home cooking by Mamma, and it is the real beauty of tasty Italian food that we wish to teach in these cooking courses for beginners.
Course Options: - Option A: Full course on home cooking. - Option B: Cooking classes that focus on specialized areas. You can combine pastry course, home baked bread and pizza course, home made pasta and dry pasta course, and hors d’ oeuvre for the party course.
