Would you like to study fashion design in Florence this summer? Accademia Riaci is a leading Italian art and design academy that provides a range of summer art courses and design courses to international students from around the world, including our Fashion Design summer course. Our summer courses are taught in English, Italian or Spanish by instructors who are experts in their fields. Private lessons are also available during the summer months. Accademia Riaci also offers short summer courses in Fashion Business and Leather Art. It is possible to combine different summer courses, and students who attend for 2 weeks or more may have the opportunity to earn college credit.

Fashion Design Summer Course:
Taught in English, Italian or Spanish. Study for 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks.

This is an intensive fashion summer program which provides practical study on leading Italian fashion techniques.

You will learn everything from design to actual manufacture of garments.

The course is divided into two parts:
- Classes with highly-qualified and experienced professors: 22 lessons per week in which students learn to understand technique, skills and art with instructors.

- Independent study: 22 lessons per week in which students work independently to develop their own works followed by the teacher's instruction
