岗位职责:
1. 负责公司行政管理工作,建立并完善行政管理制度及流程,确保行政工作规范、高效运行。
2. 负责办公环境、后勤服务、车辆、宿舍、食堂、安保及保洁等行政事务管理,保障公司正常运营。
3. 负责固定资产、办公用品及行政费用管理,合理控制行政成本。
4. 负责公司基建、装修及办公场所维护工作,推动相关项目顺利实施。
5. 负责政府部门、物业及外部服务供应商的沟通协调,维护良好的外部关系。
6. 负责组织公司大型活动、会议及企业文化活动,提升员工满意度和企业形象。
7.负责行政团队建设、人员培养及绩效管理,提升团队整体能力和服务水平。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,行政管理、工商管理、公共管理等相关专业优先。
2. 8年以上行政管理相关工作经验,3年及以上团队管理经验。
3. 熟悉企业行政管理、后勤管理及固定资产管理流程。
4. 具备较强的组织协调、资源整合及对外沟通能力。
5. 具备良好的团队管理能力、问题解决能力及成本管控意识。
6. 责任心强,执行力强,能够承受一定工作压力。
7. 具备英语沟通能力,有制造业、海外工厂或汽车零部件行业经验者优先。 翻译成英文JD

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the company's administrative management, establish and improve administrative systems and processes to ensure standardized and efficient operations.
Manage office environment, logistics services, vehicles, dormitories, canteens, security, and cleaning services to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage fixed assets, office supplies, and administrative expenses, exercising effective cost control.
Oversee infrastructure, renovation, and office maintenance projects, ensuring successful implementation of related initiatives.
Coordinate and communicate with government agencies, property management, and external service providers to maintain good external relations.
Organize company events, meetings, and corporate culture activities to enhance employee satisfaction and corporate image.
Lead the administrative team, including talent development and performance management, to elevate team capabilities and service standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administrative Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
Familiar with corporate administrative management, logistics operations, and fixed asset management processes.
Strong organizational coordination, resource integration, and external communication skills.
Proven team management, problem-solving, and cost-control capabilities.
High sense of responsibility, strong execution skills, and ability to work under pressure.
English proficiency required; experience in manufacturing, overseas factories, or the automotive parts industry is preferred.
