Refund Policy for Employers and Employment Agents

Learn4Good Ltd, (referred to here as "Learn4Good.com" and "Learn4Good" ), must receive all requests for refunds, replacements and adjustments through our contact form, (accessed via the bottom corner of every page), within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Learn4Good Ltd will review the refund request and its legitimacy, and consider its validity. Consideration will be given to the account activity of the customer, use of the job plan credits, and work done by the Learn4Good jobsite and team up to the time of the refund request before a refund or partial refund may be granted.

Refund requests, replacements and account adjustments will also be considered if found to directly relate to confirmed technical problems on Learn4Good servers where it resulted in the customer not being able to access the Learn4Good Jobsite and the service purchased within. Learn4Good must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the internal technical problem within 30 calendar days, before a refund, replacement or account adjustment will be considered.

After 30 calendar days of the date of purchase, refunds, replacements and account adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Learn4Good Ltd.

In the event that the Learn4Good removes a job posting or employer account which it believes to be fraudulent, deceptive or libelous (but is not limited to this list) from the Learn4Good Jobsite, Learn4Good reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Further Advice from Learn4Good:
In order to better understand how to properly use the customer account and to minimize customer error, Learn4Good highly recommends that before a purchase, the customer:
- views the jobs and CV/resume database available publicly,
- again reads carefully all emails sent to the customer by Learn4Good staff members,
- again reads the jobsite terms and conditions,
- again reads the recommendations provided on the Employer Registration Form
- reads the Employer FAQs page,
- reads the Learn4good Website Policy page (see below).
