Puesto: Student Recruitment an Experience Consultant
Role Description The Student Recruitment and Experience Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City at Ibaktor School of Executive Education headquarters in Santa Fe. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end student recruitment process, including engaging prospective learners, conducting information sessions, and guiding candidates through application and enrollment. Day-to-day tasks include online meetings, messaging and phone calls with candidates to understand their goals, advising on program fit, conducting interviews, collaborating with academic and marketing teams, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems.

The consultant also monitors recruitment metrics, contributes to outreach strategies, and provides feedback on process improvements to support enrollment targets and student satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Student Recruitment and Recruiting, with experience managing full recruitment cycles or admissions processes.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including the ability to advise prospective students on program options and career pathways.
- Candidates should possess Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate motivation, fit, and readiness for executive education programs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage diverse audiences and deliver clear, professional information.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in higher education, executive education, or talent acquisition, and familiarity with CRM or admissions software.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English are highly beneficial.
