Talent Acquisition Analyst

Culligan Mexico is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support our recruitment efforts and help identify top talent to drive the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from sourcing to onboarding
- Post job openings and manage requisitions across job boards and internal platforms
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (Linked In, job boards, referrals, databases)
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate and requisition information
- Track recruitment metrics (time to fill, source of hire, pipeline status) and report progress to the Supervisor
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events/job fairs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process
- Assist with salary benchmarking and offer preparation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations during the recruitment process

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
