Position Overview
We are looking for a 100% bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. This role requires constant interaction with customers located in the United States , providing high-quality customer service and sales support over the phone. The ideal candidate must feel confident communicating in English on a daily basis , as all customer interactions will be conducted in English.
This position is ideal for professionals with a strong customer service mindset, sales orientation, and the ability to manage multiple requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S.
-based customers in English .
Provide support regarding claims, orders, and customer complaints .
Perform telephone sales and follow up on assigned customer portfolios.
Ensure achievement of sales and service objectives .
Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical service .
Maintain accurate records in digital platforms and systems.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (required).
Language
Skills:
Advanced English level (B2–C1) – Mandatory .
This is a 100% bilingual position ; continuous communication with U.S. customers is required.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales processes.
Experience using digital platforms for buying and selling is a plus.
Technical
Skills:
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or delivery/sales platforms .
Availability:
