Location:
On-site (Aguascalientes) | Prol. Gral. Ignacio Zaragoza #4200, Trojes de Alonso
Schedule:
Monday to Friday |
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll:
Respond to inquiries related to insurance policies and coverage
Resolve moderately complex issues with empathy and professionalism
Interpret policy details and make informed decisions within defined authority limits
Communicate across multiple platforms while navigating internal systems
Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases when needed
Collaborate with departments like Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Support
Identify trends and suggest process improvements
Stay up to date on compliance, legal requirements, and product updates
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Fluent English
1–3 years of customer service experience
Call Center experience highly desirable
Strong computer skills and ability to work across systems
Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday only
