Job Purpose  As a Marketing Event Planner & Corporate Communication you will support the planning and execution of events across Iberia, including vendor events, management meetings, internal communications, and external corporate communications. The role also includes back‑office responsibilities such as managing internal orders, vendor claims, budgets, and event documentation.
Responsibilities   Support planning and execution of vendor and corporate events.
Coordinate logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Handle back‑office tasks: internal orders, vendor claims, budgets, documentation.
Assist with internal and external corporate communications.
Provide on‑site support during events when required.
Maintain event calendars and follow up on deliverables.
Knowledge Skills and Experience   Experience or strong foundation in event planning.
Experience in large size event planning.
Experience inside of the IT sector is highly valued.
Organized, proactive, flexible, and solution‑oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with clients and stakeholders.
Good Excel skills and ability to manage administrative processes.
English required.
Positive, collaborative personality; someone who brings good energy and wants to help and learn.
Nice to Have  studies related to events, marketing, or communications.
