About the position
Are you in your final year of studies and ready to gain real-world experience in procurement? Join our dynamic team as an Indirect Procurement Intern and support global procurement operations across a wide range of categories and initiatives!
Your responsibilities and tasks- Support credit card processes, contract management, and procurement systems
- Assist with ESG reporting, compliance tracking, and legal coordination
- Help manage tenders, supplier onboarding, and database management
- Conduct supplier and market research, spend analysis, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; support contract renewals
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and presentations
- Contribute to various procurement projects and ad‑hoc tasks
- Must be in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree and eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic program.
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
German is a plus. - Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work on international procurement initiatives
