Partnership Analyst | Strategic Alliances & Growth; Bancassurance

“Is this mainly an analytical role?” No. Analysis is part of it, but you’ll also work closely with partners, contribute to product development and support commercial initiatives.

“Will I have exposure to decision‑making?” Yes. Your reporting and insights will support both local and Head Office decisions, giving you strong visibility.

“Do I need deep knowledge of both banking and insurance?” It helps, but what matters most is your ability to connect business opportunities and work across teams. You’ll continue learning on the job.

• Experience in partnerships, business development or financial services (8+ years)
• Strong analytical and reporting capability
• Experience coordinating projects and stakeholders
• Commercial understanding of banking and insurance
• Fluency in English and strong Excel / Power BI skills

Support the growth and performance of NN Spain’s strategic partnerships by driving business development, improving value propositions and enabling better decision‑making through data and collaboration.

• Drive business development initiatives across Bancassurance and Assurbanking channels.
• Collaborate with Product Development and partners to design and enhance customer propositions.
• Monitor and report performance, providing insights at local and Head Office level.
• Ensure service quality through SLA tracking and partner performance reviews.
• Support the Sales Force in the commercialization of partner products.
