Job Purpose:
Senior Partner Success Manager responsible for driving territory growth and partner retention across the Autodesk Learning Partner ecosystem. Owning both commercial performance and partner lifecycle management in assigned European markets.
The role combines revenue accountability, strategic partner engagement, and market development, with a strong focus on growth, retention, and ecosystem expansion.
Responsibilities:- Own a defined European territory, accountable for revenue growth, partner performance, and retention
- Drive new business acquisition and renewals across the Autodesk Learning Partner portfolio
- Develop and execute territory and partner growth plans to expand revenue and training adoption
- Build and manage strategic partner relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Lead local market initiatives and events to drive pipeline and engagement
- Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen market coverage
- Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and reporting aligned to business targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute as a senior team member, supporting team performance and best practice
Skills and Experience:
- Strong commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skill
- Proven ability to build structured sales activity and manage pipeline
- High energy, self‑motivated, with strong ownership and accountability
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into execution
- Strong numerical and analytical capability
- Good understanding of the IT channel, vendors, and competitive landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience preferred
- Experience in partner/account management or business development roles
- Degree in a business‑related field and/or people management experience advantageous
- Experience of people management and development an advantage
- Fluent English (Required)
- German language skills (Strongly preferred / critical requirement)
- Additional European Languages are advantageous
