• Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the EYFS Framework and Development Matters
• Plan, assess and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes for all learners
• Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment (indoors and outdoors)
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to maximise impact
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with EAL
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (ECT/NQT applicants not suitable)
• Minimum of 2 years’ EYFS teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework
• A creative, reflective practitioner committed to Quality First Teaching
• High standards of professionalism and strong pastoral values
• Fluent, articulate English (spoken and written)
