Role Summary
The Tech Support/ IT Administrator exists to manage all IT access provisioning, system troubleshooting, and internal tech support across the organization. As our in‑house IT backbone, you will eliminate dependency on costly external IT consultants, ensure secure and compliant access management, and deliver rapid issue resolution for every employee across our full SaaS stack. You are the first line of defense for keeping Chai Vision's teams running smoothly—and a key contributor to our day‑to‑day operational security.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage user access provisioning and de‑provisioning across all company systems within required SLA windows
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, , 1
Password, and other business‑critical platforms - Maintain secure password and credential management via 1
Password, enforcing best practices organization‑wide - Document IT processes, build user guides, and keep the internal knowledge base current and accessible
- Monitor and respond to internal support tickets via Slack and Teams, ensuring timely and thorough resolutions
- Coordinate with external vendors and manage escalations when required, serving as the primary point of contact
- Conduct regular access audits and security reviews to maintain full compliance and close any gaps
- Deliver weekly access request reviews and status updates to leadership
- Produce monthly security audit and process improvement reports, and complete a full quarterly access review across all systems
- You are technically proficient and thrive on solving problems quickly and methodically
- You are detail‑oriented with strong documentation habits—you leave clear, reliable trails for others to follow
- You communicate clearly and patiently with non‑technical users across every department
- You understand security best practices for access management and take credential hygiene seriously
- You are proactive in identifying and preventing IT issues before they escalate, not just reacting when things break
- 1–3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role
- Hands‑on experience administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 at the admin level
- Working knowledge of access management, SSO, and password management tools such as 1
Password - Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals and access control best practices
- Proven ability to write technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides for non‑technical audiences
- Ability to juggle multiple open tickets and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
