We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Italian-speaking intern to join our team as a Italian Project Coordination Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, health-conscious environment where communication, balance, and personal development are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling projects and meetings.
- Communicate with Italian-speaking clients via email and phone.
- Track deadlines and monitor progress on key projects.
- Provide administrative support to the coordination team.
- Contribute to workflow efficiency and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of productivity tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Office).

PLEASE NOTE:
This is an unpaid internship to start with which has the potential to transition to a permanent position.
This internship is suitable for students pursuing a short cycle or equivalent (EQF
5) or a master's degree (EQF
7). No prior experience is required.
