Administrative Assistant Intern

We are looking for a motivated  Administrative Assistant Intern   to support our  Project Management team   within an international graphic and production environment, working with  major global brands   in the consumer goods sector.

This internship is ideal if you are curious about how things are produced behind the scenes.
You will get a first exposure to the  graphic packaging production world  , supporting the team with project coordination tasks, while developing  strong organizational skills   and learning how projects are delivered in an  international environment  .

Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with the Back Office Coordinators, you will support the team in their day-to-day activities, including:
Providing administrative and operational support to project managers (tracking charts, reporting, client follow-ups).
Assisting in the administrative management of projects from brief to delivery.
Supporting lean and efficient production processes.
Liaising directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ensuring the quality of color proofs and preparing shipments.
Participating in the preparation and tracking of invoices and quotations.

Your Profile
You are currently a student in a Business School or University:
Marketing, Business management or similar.
You enjoy working in international, collaborative environments.
You are organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
You have a natural curiosity for the graphic, packaging or FMCG world.
You are looking for a hands-on and instructive internship with varied responsibilities.
Fluent in Spanish and good level of English is required.
