We are looking for an International Distribution Specialist Back Office.

• Manage the necessary documentation for exports to international subsidiaries/distributors/travel retailers.
• Manage the necessary documentation for dangerous goods.
• Coordinate triangular operations of the company.
• Verify and ensure distribution processes for the correct development of the operation.
• Coordinate export customs clearances.
• Communication and coordination with International Carriers and Forwarders.
• Maintenance and monitoring of KPIs with International Transportation providers.
• Validate and control logistics costs related to the company's exports/imports.
• Track incidents of exports to international subsidiaries / distributors / travel retailers.

• Education: Higher Level Training (Transport and Logistics, International Commerce /) or University Degree (Preferably Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience performing international trade/export functions. (Valuable experience in cosmetics and healthcare companies and/or forwarding companies).

  Google Suite + Excel + SAP.
• Languages: Spanish, Intermediate English.
